The waterhole view provided an really good front-row seat to local wildlife antics. I saw elephants, giraffes, and zebras wandering in and out throughout the day and night, a major highlight of the stay.
WiFi in the room was almost nonexistent. I needed to tether to a mobile router after wasting time trying to connect. And no local change options made tipping cumbersome, limiting my ability to share generosity.

Simply stunning and cute little venue, perfect location just next door to a hill overlooking a waterhole and the National Park. Very nicely furnished room with absolutely stunning views of beautiful African sunsets and year round game. Comfortable beds, good hot and full size breakfast.

Beautiful view of the watering hole.
The breakfast selection was quite disappointing. There was no cheese with the cold meat buffet, just small wedges of the same meat which was like leftovers from the night before. The meal I ordered from the a la carte menu never arrived, frustrating considering the high price I paid per night.

The wildlife viewing from our waterhole-facing room was amazing. We enjoyed activities like a sunset cruise and a game drive, and the staff were helpful. The hide at the lodge gave us a unique chance to see animals up close. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
We found the dining prices to be quite high and skipped lunch, disappointing since we've always enjoyed the food here. Hopefully, prices become more reasonable in the future.

Waterhole viewing, evening vulture-feeding sessions, secluded Club room experience
Rooms felt slightly cramped and in need of a refresh!!! Bottled water charging is unreasonable. It might be wise to provide it complimentary!!! Dining options could be diversified, and service speed at mealtimes could improve!!!

Safari Adventure with Wildlife Views
We enjoyed amazing views of wildlife from our waterhole view room. The on-site dining offered local flavors, but plan ahead during busy hours. Don't miss the sunset cruise-an absolute highlight! Bring mosquito spray for evening comfort. A nice escape into nature with gorgeous scenery!

Just a good pick for a short break in Victoria Falls with definitely value for money. The wildlife watching from our room's balcony was a highlight. Consider visiting during off-peak times for better rates.

very nice wildlife views and close landmarks for exploration
I recently enjoyed my stay, especially the very nice views of the watering hole which I could see from my room, and I loved how I could observe elephants and other wildlife right from the balcony while sipping coffee in the morning. Plus, the nearby attractions like the Victoria Falls and local galleries offered wonderful opportunities for enjoyable strolls and discoveries just a short distance away.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, with mosquito net canopies adding a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The facilities, such as the pool area and art gallery, were well-maintained and enjoyable to visit.
The TV in the room was missing.
